MINNEAPOLIS (02/07/2018) – Scott Pollock, Tom O’Brien, Avery Ticer and Terry Kingston of Cushman & Wakefield represented United Properties in the sale of TRIA Orthopaedic Center in Bloomington, the companies announced today.
A private investor acquired the 83,378-square-foot office property, which sits at 8100 Northland Drive in Bloomington, on the southeast quadrant of Interstate 494 and France Avenue. The three-story building was constructed in 2004.
