MINNEAPOLIS (06/23/2015) — Cushman & Wakefield announced that it has been named a Top 150 Workplace 2015 by the Star Tribune. This is the fifth time since 2009, its inaugural year, that this premier recognition program has named CW as top workplace, a ranking that is derived from employees’ answers to key survey questions. The survey asks CW employees to measure the company’s strengths in the following three categories:
Organizational health; addressing fundamentals of a company’s values, execution, leadership and culture.
The job; assessing how employees feel about their pay, training, managers and work/life balance.
Engagement; measuring employees’ motivation, desire to stay and willingness to recommend the workplace to others.
In an announcement to CW employees, President Jeff Eaton said, “I’m delighted that this is our fifth year of being recognized as a top workplace. One of the foundations of our vision is to create a special place for our employees and we strive to live up to that every day. I’m honored that our employees are engaged in this effort and it is reflected in their votes.”
CW is the only commercial real estate services firm that received this prestigious recognition in 2015. Overall, the company was one of 50 Minnesota companies chosen in the mid-size category.
