MINNEAPOLIS (07/05/2017) – Cushman & Wakefield has arranged two leases totaling 23,100 square feet (sf) at 4Front, a 550,000 sf Class A office and high-tech business incubator at Interstate 694 and County Road 14 in Oakdale.
The following tenants have signed leases to occupy space at the campus and construction is underway:
- Gemalto, a world leader in digital security, has signed on to occupy 15,000 sf. The office will be the first Twin Cities location for Gemalto, which creates and sells security software for large businesses and government organizations.
- Impact Group, an employee coaching and career transition consulting firm, has signed a lease to occupy 8,100 sf. The office at 4Front will be a consolidation of two previous locations in the Twin Cities for Impact Group.

4Front offers Class A office space in four interconnected buildings, and is also home to Incubology, a world-class high tech business incubator which occupies approximately 20,000 sf, including labs, clean rooms, offices and other spaces.
Slumberland Furniture, a family-owned furniture retailer, announced in 2016 that it would purchase the campus after its previous owner, Imation, put the property up for sale.
King and Brian Brisky of Brisky Commercial represented owner Slumberland in lease negotiations for the first tenants at 4Front, which Imation formerly used as its corporate headquarters.
